One of my hobbies is rock tumbling. Today we put our fist batch in for the cooler weather after doing a yard based rock hunt. Usually we rock hunt around town.
Once we got those going in the tumbler we decided to start making flint arrowheads. Breaking up larger pieces into smaller workable ones, we use deer antlers to sharpen and shape the arrowheads. We found the flint rock on one of our hunts.
Today was a pretty cool day.
